By using LetterLens you accept the following terms.
Nature of the service
LetterLens is an informational tool using language models. It helps you understand letters. It is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice. It does not replace a licensed lawyer.
Manual payments
Paying for a credit package happens through an external PayPal or Revolut link. The payment itself does not automatically activate credits — an administrator adds them manually after confirming the payment. To allow us to match the payment, provide the email address of your LetterLens account (and, when paying with Revolut, also include the package name in the payment description). LetterLens currently does not offer subscriptions or automatic renewals — every top-up is a one-time payment.
Acceptable use
Use LetterLens lawfully. Do not submit letters you are not authorized to share. Do not attempt to use the tool for attacks, prompt injection, or to overload the service.
Limitation of liability
LetterLens is provided "as is". Language models can make mistakes — verify information against the original and with a professional. We are not liable for decisions taken based on the analysis.
Changes to the terms
These terms may be updated. The date of the latest change is shown at the top of the page.
